Making Panettone

Pastry Chef Armando Palmieri, from Sud Forno - Terroni Group, will help us discover how to make the Italian classic Christmas dessert, il Panettone. It might seem easy but there are many stages this special delicacy goes through before it reaches our table: Armando will explain how to treat yeast, dough rest, shape, cooking and final upside down setting, and to store and conserve it.
Class will end with a Panettone tasting!
