Our super talented guest chef Wes Hains will lead along with our resident Chef Valentina Giorcelli to create a 3-hour fun, entertaining and knowledgeable full hands-on workshop!

Price: $125 per person
This class will improve the already developed knife skills from the first Knife Skills class. The class includes introduction to butchery and more specialized knife types as well as how to properly use each one of them. You will learn about the whetstone sharpening and as a small gift from our Chef, you can bring one knife (non-serrated knives only) and it will be sharpened for you in class. Throughout the class you will be improving you accumulated knowledge during the course as you prepare the French inspired menu.
