Knife Skills 2 Spring edition

Join our new Knife Skills advanced class and prepare:

- Citrus and fennel salad with feta cheese (learn to segment citrus fruits, shave fennel and make dressing)

- Sweet and spicy chicken thighs (debone thighs, create a dry rub and learn a glaze)

- Roasted fingerling potatoes with lemon and rosemary (learn to zest, fine chop)

- Demo of some unique ingredients, such as shucking an oyster, breaking down a lobster, etc.
