Work with a team in a professional kitchen and learn culinary skills that will last a lifetime!

Mac and Cheese Monday!

Learn to how to make one of the mother sauces of classic French cuisine, a creamy béchamel. Learn to dice, mince, julienne and baton vegetables and add into your own personal Mac and cheese! For dessert we will make chocolate dipped strawberries with a variety of coatings!

Touch Down Tuesday!

Learn the basics of cooking chicken and we will make buffalo chicken sliders as well as making creamy coleslaw! We will also make a sausage and cheese empanada and learn the basics of pie dough. Then dive into a molecular demo of frozen chocolate mousse lollies on the anti griddle!  

All Day Breakfast Wednesday!

Learn the basics of egg cookery and a demonstration on poaching eggs and making hollandaise! We will assemble eggs Benny for lunch and make chive cheddar scones! For dessert we will make cheesecake stuffed French toast with flavoured maple syrup!

Canadian Style Thursday!

Learn the basic of making and cooking burgers! We will make turkey burgers stuffed with cheese and served with a baked fingerling “poutine”. For dessert we will make Strawberry Shortcake doughnuts with vanilla frosting and strawberries! Learn about the many influences of Canadian cuisine.

Iron Chef Friday!

Take what you have learned all week and turn it into your own! We will have a secret ingredient and team Iron Chef Challenge for both lunch and dessert!
