Molecular Cuisine Introductory Launch

Nella Cucina is pleased to announce its collaboration with chef John Placko, Culinary Director, Modern Culinary Academy to present a Professional Series of hands-on molecular cuisine workshops. With the unprecedented success of the mega cookbook, Modernist Cuisine and the soon-to-be-released Modernist Cuisine At Home, attendees of the four hands-on workshops, will have the opportunity to create, taste and experience molecular cuisine for themselves.

Join us for the introductory demonstration as we introduce you to the world of molecular cuisine. This comprehensive demonstration will feature the ingredients, equipment and techniques that make this cuisine cutting-edge and unique and will act as a catalyst for the four workshops to follow that will be help throughout October and November.

This two-hour intensive demonstration will cover the following techniques:
