Who doesn't love a one-dish meal?  The kids are back in school, the weather is getting chilly, and it's time for some new, easy, satisfying meal ideas.  Even if you don't have kids, you'll enjoy the easy entertainng you can do by piling ingredients into one vessel and coming out with a masterpiece!  Work individually to create dee-lish dishes to be served "al forno" (from the oven).  Prepare some baked dishes in class, then enjoy one in class and take one home to enjoy with your family in a casserole dish that is yours to keep!
