Fresh Pasta Class with Chef Joseph Mazarese

Chef Joseph is a formally trained chef with over a decade of professional culinary experience. He has completed his training at George Brown college in Toronto and worked in many restaurants in Canada. Most recently Chef Joseph has worked and taught in Italy and Paris, France at the prestigious Ritz Escoffier cooking school. His specialty is Italian cuisine incorporating modern techniques and sophisticated plating.

  • Fresh Tagliatelle with mushroom ragu and a parmesan crisp.
  • Sweet potato gnocchi with a Grana Padano cream sauce, crispy pancetta and fried sage
  • Chocolate ravioli filled with a dark chocolate ganache topped with a hazelnut crumble

Level: beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.

Price: $125 + Tax per person

Duration: 3 hours
