Learn to make delicious whole food replacements for commercial sports drinks & bars. Nutrition, Hydration, Protein and more!

Apricot Runner's Gel
Cherry Smoothie
Mocha Shake
Chocolate Blueberry Powerfood Balls
Savoury Crepes
Crunchy Salad with Blueberry Balsamic Dressing

All of the recipes come with specific nutritional information regarding their benefits for an active lifestyle.

All the recipes are gluten-free (provided the oats in the Powerfood balls are sourced from a gluten-free producer ie not Quaker).

Suitable for vegetarians, there is a chicken filling option for the crepes, but everyone fills their own.

Not suitable for those with nut allergies.

Hands on Team with Family Style meal at the end.
