WHEN: JULY 26TH, 2013
After a week of learning and practicing new skills participants will have a chance to flex their cooking muscles in the iron chef challenge. 3 base recipes will be provided and our young chefs will have the whole day to put their own individual twists on them.
*All recipes used during the classes will be based on what is seasonal and locally available
** The recipes used this week will differ from the teen camp offered in August.
