'Around the World' Stations

This is the perfect way to have an interactive dinner party where guests work and cook together, meet and mingle. 

We will break up your group into teams; up to 4-8 depending on the size of your group. Each team will rotate to a different station/country every 20 minutes. The Chef at each station will conduct a mini cooking lesson and assist in hands-on cooking, guests will enjoy what they have made, then rotate to the next station!

Group will roll their own Thai Salad Rolls with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

Wild Mushroom and Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella

Pad Thai Noodle Station

Served in mini Asian takeout boxes with chopsticks.

Chef Massimo Capra’s own recipe for Potato Gnocchi served with Roasted Red Pepper Pesto

Nettie Cronish’s Tofu Neatballs

A delicious vegetarian option! Mini tofu ‘meatballs’ with parmesan and sage, served cocktail style with Sweet Fig Dipping Sauce

Beef Tenderloin Steak Crostini

Guests will create their own mini beef tenderloin sandwiches with Dijon mustard, blue cheese cream and caramelized onions
