About the course:
Macarons are delicate French biscuits that can be found all over the world. They can be quite hard to make, since the delicate nature of them can make it pretty tricky to get it right every time. This course aims to show students how to make them, and how to troubleshoot all main issues commonly found in the making of the biscuits.
Students will make French meringue macarons, and fill them with a previously made flavored ganache filling. The instructor will show them how to make it with Italian meringue and how macarons can be decorated with luster powder.

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
