Join us for one of our signature …On The Fly series cooking classes and warm up ‘in the kitchen’ at Nella Cucina during Winterlicious! Escape for a few hours to another country and learn how to prepare delicious recipes from culinary destinations such as Morocco, Italy, China, and more!
Healthy, Simple to prepare Gourmet Winter Fare with exotic flavours from around the globe. Perfect for everyday dining, and effortless entertaining, these recipes will surely impress both you and your guests!
Prepare & enjoy a 3 course meal with refreshments, receive a recipe booklet, and a Nella Cucina gift (approximate retail value $10-20).
In addition, guests who purchase tickets will be entitled to a 15% discount on all regular priced merchandise in our retail store from January 29-February 11.

A Taste of Guanajuato - Traditional Mexican Cuisine
Join us in the kitchen with Chef Francisco Alejandri for an evening of traditional Mexican Cuisine!
Chef Alejandri grew up in Guanajuato, a state in Central Mexico, and as a child spent countless days in the kitchen cooking with his mother. This is where he first discovered his passion for food, and realized that he was born to be a chef.
Class will begin with staples of Mexican cuisine, Chili de Arbol Salsa and Guacamole with Fresh Tortilla Chips.
