If this is your first week at camp, we will make sure you know your knife skills. If you are a Camp Nella veteran, we will move your skills up a notch. No pre-requisites. Enjoy the fruits of your labour: Roasted Tomato soup, Hummus Bread and Crudite & Fruit Kebabs
Tuesday: ALL DAY BREAKFAST
Seasonal Smoothies, Bacon Workshop, Breakfast Burrito, Fruit Parfait
Wednesday: Do it like Momofuko!
Ramen Noodles and Vegetable Soup, Marinated Beef. Create Cake Crumbs and More all inspired by David Chang and Christina Tosi
Thursday: Street Food Around the World
Pad Thai, Caribbean Chicken, Banh-Mi, Veggie Dogs, and Home-made Ice cream!
Friday: Nella Iron Chef Challenge
