SOURDOUGH

THE QUEEN OF THE TABLE

Each participant will take home their own loaf, a portion of starter, a banneton (proofing basket with a retail value of $25.00!!) and a detailed hand-out which will include basic recipes and helpful hints to independently make their own sourdough bread at home. A light lunch is included.

About the Instructor
