Molecular Cuisine Workshop #1

Nella Cucina is pleased to announce its collaboration with chef John Placko, Culinary Director, Modern Culinary Academy to present a Professional Series of hands-on molecular cuisine workshops. With the unprecedented success of the mega cookbook, Modernist Cuisine and the soon-to-be-released Modernist Cuisine At Home, attendees of the four hands-on workshops, will have the opportunity to create, taste and experience molecular cuisine for themselves.

This three-hour hands-on workshop will cover the following techniques:

  • Speherification
  • Reverse Spherification
  • Rapid Freezing
  • Carbonation
