Menu:

Start the evening with a Chef's Demonstration & bowl of:

Tortelini in Brodo

Your choice of meat or cheese filled, in homemade chicken or vegetable stock

Each Couple will then dive into the preparation of:

Classic Beef Bolognese over Fresh Tagliatelle

(vegetarian substitute of mushroom Bolognese)

Then we will have a Hands-On Demonstration of:

Classic Amaretti Cookies served with Espresso

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. 

Date & Time: Saturday February 12th @6pm 

Price: $275 + tax per couple

Duration: 3-3.5 hours  

This class will run with a minimum of 4 couples and a maximum of 7 couples.
