In this hands-on class we will cover all the basics to wow your toughest critic, with tips and tricks in French baking.

  • Classic Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee 
  • Creme Puffs (Choux Paste) 
  • Demo of  French Madeleines
  • Coffee & Tea

Each guest will make & take Creme Brulee & Creme Puffs.

 

 

Level: Beginner

Structure: Demo + hands-on practice

Price: $150 + tax per person

Date & Time: Saturday Feb 5th 1pm-4pm

The class will run with a minimum of 6 participants
