Menu:

 

We will kick if off with a Spiced Rum Punch when you arrive!

 

Then dive into the meal preparation!

 

Each couple will make a delicious 3 course meal!

 

Start off with Chef Noel’s Signature Dish of Ackee & Salt Fish in Plantain Cups.

 

Warm your belly for your main with Sweet Potato Gnocchi topped with Chef Noel’s Award Winning Braised Oxtail.

Each couple will make Gnocchi & enjoy a demonstration of how Chef Noel’s Oxtail is slow cooked to perfection!

 

End the evening on a sweet note with a Caribbean Spiced Rum Cupcake with a Coconut Buttercream.

 

We will keep the Rum Punch & Tunes flowing to take you away from the Winter for an evening!
