Follow along from the comfort of your own home while joining us in the Nella Cucina Kitchen! In this virtual pasta class we will make fresh pasta dough from scratch. While the dough is resting we will prepare the biscotti, a twice baked Italian cookie. Then watch along as we give you the techniques to nail this classic Roman dish!
- Fresh Egg Pasta Dough
- Cacio e Pepe
- Chocolate, Cherry & Pistachio Biscotti
- Equipment: Pasta Sheeter or Rolling Pin, Large Tray, Large Fry Pan, Small, Medium, Large Bowl, Microplane or Fine Cheese Grater, Pepper Grinder, Baking Sheet, Measuring Spoons/Cups, Bread Knife, Parchment Paper
Structure: Virtual Hands-On
Date: Friday December 18th 2020
Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm (1.5 hours)
Platform: Zoom, class will open 20-30 mins prior to allow ample time to get comfortable.
Price: $45 per device + tax
Please review your grocery list, prep list and equipment requirements prior to class. We may ask to have some items prepped in advance to help with the flow of class.
