Find out all you need to know about dairy-free cheeses in this interactive workshop. You’ll learn to create soft cheeses including smoked almond cheddar, almond ricotta, classic fondue, cream cheese, cashew cheddar, and smoked gouda. After this class, you’ll be able to fool all of your dairy loving friends and create a plant-based charcuterie board that pleases everyone. Finish the class by utilizing the cheeses created with creamy mac n cheese and fully loaded nachos!

Fraser has been teaching accessible and approachable vegetable focused cooking classes for a few years now. He passionate about plants and turning them into creative and delicious meals. Fraser loves helping others learn to cook and transform their favourite foods into tasty plant based versions, without taking away the taste they know and love. Fraser focuses on building people’s confidence in the kitchen, and through that, they gain the ability to cook more successfully.
