Pasta Class - September 2019
About the Course:
Each student will make fresh egg pasta sheets, fresh ricotta and learn how to bring it all together for homemade cannelloni with classic tomato basil sauce. In this class you will prepare the following recipes:
- Homemade Cannelloni with Spinach and Ricotta Filling
- Classic Tomato Basil Sauce
- Fresh Homemade Ricotta Cheese
Level: beginner
Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
