Pasta Class - June 2019
About the Course:
Each student will prepare their own pasta dough then dive into noodles, shapes and sauces. In this class you will prepare the following recipes:
- Ricotta Gnudi
- Cavatelli Broccoli Rabe and Sausage
- Pappardelle with Beef Ragu
Level: beginner
Structure: Demo + hands-on practice. Recipes are done individually or in pairs while they are being taught and explained.
